Sweet and Sour Pork Chops


  • 4 to 6 Pork Chops
  • 1- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 to 4 carrots, sliced


Brown pork chops in large skillet; remove and set aside. Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch; add brown sugar, Ott's Famous Dressingand vinegar. Pour into skillet and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to low heat; add chops, pineapple and carrots; cover. Cook 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6
