Ingredients
Marinade Sauce:
- 1 Cup dry red wine
- 1 Cup Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 Cup A-1 Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Combine all marinade sauce ingredients. Cover meat with marinade sauce and marinate for 2 to 6 hours. Barbecue meat in shallow roasting pan over charcoal fire at 325 degrees for approximately 3 hours or until meat reaches 170 degrees. Use remaining marinade for basting. Glaze of Ott's Silver Dollar City Barbecue Sauce may be used if desired.
