Ott's RecipesAll RecipesSeaboard Lunch Ingredients 1 Cup celery, sliced 1/3 Cup green pepper, chopped 1/4 Cup onion, chopped Ott's Famous Dressing 1 Tbsp. flour 3 Cups cooked shrimp 1 Cup tomato, diced 1 avocado, peeled and sliced Preparation Cook celery, green pepper, and onion in a small amount of dressing until tender. Stir in flour. Add remaining dressing, mix until blended. Add rice, shrimp and tomato. Lop with avocado slices. Cook 5 minutes, covered. Serves 4
