Seaboard Lunch


  • 1 Cup celery, sliced
  • 1/3 Cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup onion, chopped
  • Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 Cup tomato, diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced


Cook celery, green pepper, and onion in a small amount of dressing until tender. Stir in flour. Add remaining dressing, mix until blended. Add rice, shrimp and tomato. Lop with avocado slices. Cook 5 minutes, covered. Serves 4
