
Ingredients
- 1 Cup celery, sliced
- 1/3 Cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 Cup onion, chopped
- Ott's Famous Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Cups cooked shrimp
- 1 Cup tomato, diced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Preparation
Cook celery, green pepper, and onion in a small amount of dressing until tender. Stir in flour. Add remaining dressing, mix until blended. Add rice, shrimp and tomato. Lop with avocado slices. Cook 5 minutes, covered.
