Salad Nicoise


  • 16 oz. new potatoes, cooked and drained
  • 3/4 Cup Ott's Ranch Dressing
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 10 oz. frozen green beans, cooked
  • 3 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 Cup black olives, pitted


Slice potatoes and marinate in 1/4 cup Ott's Ranch Dressing for one hour. Line bowl or platter with lettuce. Arrange potatoes, beans, tomatoes, eggs, olives and tuna on top of lettuce. Drizzle with remaining Ott's Ranch Dressing.
