Pita Pockets


  • 4 halves whole wheat pita bread
  • 8 oz. lean turkey, ham or beef, thinly sliced, cooked
  • 1 Cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup red onion, minced
  • 1 Cup tomato, chopped and seeded
  • 1 Cup alfalfa sprouts


Arrange all ingredients equally among the pita pocket halves. Drizzle with Ott's Ranch Dressing. Serve immediately.
