Ott’s Spinach Chicken Salad


  • 5 Cups cubed cooked chicken (about 3 whole breasts)
  • 7 oz. corkscrew pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 Cups green grape halves
  • 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 Cup snow peas
  • 1/2 large cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Cups packed torn spinach
  • 3 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 2 1/2 Cups celery, sliced
  • Large spinach leaves, optional
  • 3/4 Cup Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
  • Orange slices, optional


In a large bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, peas, spinach, celery, pasta, artichoke hearts, cucumber, and green onions. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing over salad and toss. If desired, serve on spinace leaf and garnish with oranges. Serves 8 to 10
