Ott’s Spinach Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 5 Cups cubed cooked chicken (about 3 whole breasts)
- 7 oz. corkscrew pasta or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 Cups green grape halves
- 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 Cup snow peas
- 1/2 large cucumber, sliced
- 2 Cups packed torn spinach
- 3 green onions with tops, sliced
- 2 1/2 Cups celery, sliced
- Large spinach leaves, optional
- 3/4 Cup Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
- Orange slices, optional
