
Ingredients
- 20 jalapeno peppers
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. Ott's Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 c. Ott's Original Wing Sauce
Preparation
Cut peppers in half lengthwise, leaving stems intact; discard seeds. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pipe or stuff into pepper halves. Place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 30 minutes for medium, or 40 minutes for mild.
