- 1-2 cups Ott's Vidalia Onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 to 3 1/2 pound chuck roast
- 4 large potatoes (sliced and cubed) or 8 whole baby red potatoes
- 1 med onion
- 1 package carrots(or amount to liking)
Marinade roast in 1 cup Ott's Vidalia Onion dressing the night before if time permits.
Preheat oven at 325
Shake flour in oven bag. Place in 13x9x2 inch baking pan with opening towards side of pan.
Place roast in bag. Place potatoes, onions, and carrots in bag around and on top of roast.
Pour Ott's Vidalia Onion over veggies and roast.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until beef is fork tender.
Makes 7 to 9 servings
*can also be cooked in crock pot.
