Ott’s Hawaiian Chicken Salad


  • 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup (20 ounces) Pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup navel orange segments (or 1cup mandarin oranges, drained)
  • 1 cup Ott's Poppy Seed Dressing
  • 3/4 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves


In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Pour Ott's Poppy Seed Dressing over ingredients and stir. Cover & refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Just before serving add bananas and sprinkle with pecan halves. Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers. * May also us melons and other fresh fruit with or without the chicken and celery.
