Ott’s Garden Vegetable and Cress Salad


  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 Cup green onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 Cup radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup carrots, diced
  • 1 Cup spinach, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup water cress
  • 1 Cup cabbage, shredded


Wash vegetables. Break lettuce; cut tomatoes in eighths. Dice onion or slice and separate into rings. Add diced green pepper and celery. Add sliced radishes, diced carrots, shredded spinach, water cress, and shredded cabbage. Toss together lightly with Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing just before serving.

Serves 8 to 9
