Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak (1-in. thick)
- 1/2 c. Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing (for marinade)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (for marinade)
- 6 c. cubed cooked potatoes
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 4 boiled eggs (slice into fours)
- 1/2 c. Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped
Preparation
Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container. Combine Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing and soy sauce; pour over the steak. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°F; medium, 160°F; well-done, 170°F). Slice into thin strips across the grain. Roast, bake or fry cubed potatoes. Over lettuce, add potatoes, green pepper, onions, eggs, tomatoes, steak, then dressing.
