Ott’s Buffalo Chicken Breakfast Casserole


  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken (diced)
  • 6 slices of bread
  • or use 1/2 lb. chicken and 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 cup grated cheddar/Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Ott's Hot Wing Sauce
  • 2 cups milk


Boil chicken 10-15 minutes and drain. In a large bowl, cube bread slices, then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in a medium sized bowl and mix in Ott's Hot Wing Sauce and let marinate. In a separate medium sized bowl, beat eggs with milk. Mix all ingredients into large bowl, then pour into 8 x 8 baking dish, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 then uncovered for 30 minutes at 350.
