Oriental Chicken Salad


  • 1 head lettuce (romaine, iceberg or spinach)
  • 1/2 Cup celery, sliced
  • 6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 Cup snow peas
  • 1 Cup mandarin oranges
  • 2 Chicken breasts, cooked, boned, skinned, and cubed


Combine all ingredients with Ott's Famous Dressing. Garnish with green onions, toasted almonds or chow mien noodles if desired.
