
Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce (romaine, iceberg or spinach)
- 1/2 Cup celery, sliced
- 6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 Cup snow peas
- 1 Cup mandarin oranges
- 2 Chicken breasts, cooked, boned, skinned, and cubed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients with Ott's Famous Dressing. Garnish with green onions, toasted almonds or chow mien noodles if desired.
