Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 Cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 slices of bread, crumbled
Mix the above 3 ingredients together and set aside.
  • 1/4 Cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix the above 5 ingredients together and set aside.
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3/4 Cup uncooked oats
  • 3/4 Cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix (shake contents thoroughly)
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix the above 10 ingredients together.

Preparation

Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture in the bottom of an ungreased loaf pan. Spread cheese and bread mixture over this, and then spread the remaining meat mixture. Poke holes in the tope with a wooden spoon handle and pour tomato mixture over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
