Low Calorie Sauteed Shrimp Salad


  • 1 pkg. frozen baby shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 4 green onions
  • 1/2 Cup celery, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. fresh spinach leaves, washed and trimmed
  • Ott's Famous Dressing


Spay non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Add shrimp, green onions, and celery. Saute over high heat 1 to 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and desired amount of Ott's Famous Dressing. Heat through. Arrange spinach leaves on salad plates. Pour shrimp mixture over spinach leaves and serve immediately.
