Ingredients
- 1 lb. Liver (partly frozen)
- Ott's Famous Dressing
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup milk
Preparation
Cut liver in thin strips. Rinse well. Soak in Ott's Famous Dressingfor at least 30 minutes and can soak up to 2 hours. Beat egg and milk together. Dip liver in milk mixture. Roll liver in flour. Deep fry in hot oil until brown.
