Ingredients
- 2 Lamb chops (thick)
- Salt, pepper, garlic
- Marinade:
- 4 Tbsp. Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1 Cup white wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8-10 peppercorns, crushed
Preparation
Combine marinade sauce ingredients. Cover meat with marinade sauce and marinate for 3 hours. Salt, pepper, and garlic meat to taste. After marinating, cook meat over low heat for 2 to 3 hours basting with marinade every 15 minutes. Prepare the following ingredients for a sauce to put on the meat during the last 20 to 30 mintues of cooking.
1 Cup cider vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 Cup chili sauce
1-2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 Cup horseradish
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash Cayenne pepper
