- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (17 oz.) peas, drained
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pkg. frozen tator tots
- Ott's Famous Dressing
Press ground beef in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt. Pour peas over ground beef, then spread the soup over the peas. Arrange tator tots in a single layer on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with Ott's Famous Dressing for special seasoning.
