Granny’s Chicken Vegetable Soup


  • 1-2 lb. pkg. chicken breast
  • 1 small pkg. baby carrots
  • 1 can corn (undrained)
  • 2 cans green beans (undrained)
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup Ott's Famous "The Red" Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cut chicken breast in bite size pieces and cook in boiling water for 20-25 minutes or until done, drain, and set aside. Using a 3-4 quart crock pot combine all other ingredients, cut potatoes in bite size pieces, add chicken and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
