- 6 Firm, ripe tomatoes
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing to taste
- Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- Freshly grated pepper
Cut a thin slice from the stem end of each tomato. Stand tomato upright on the cut ends and cut 5 deep slits in each tomato with a sharp knife. Brush each slit with Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing and sprinkle a bit of parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper in each slit. Fill the slits with egg slices. Line a platter with lettuce leaves and place tomato accordions on the lettuce. Shrimp or tuna salad can be mounded in center of platter, arrange on the lettuce leaves, if you'd like.
