Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. linguini or pasta of your choice
- Salt
- 1 Cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 Cup Ott's Ranch Dressing
- White wine
- Freshly ground pepper
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Nutmeg
- Flat leaf or Italian Parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
Bring water to boil for the pasta. Add salt to taste. Melt butter or margarine in skillet, add mushrooms and saute. Add a bit of white wine and bring to a boil and reduce a bit. Cook pasta and drain. Return pasta to pan, add pepper, Ott's Ranch Dressing, mushrooms, parsley, and cheese to taste. Toss well. Serve. Just before serving, dust top of pasta with nutmeg.
