Chicken-Rice Salad


  • 1 Cup uncooked rice
  • 2 Cups chicken broth
  • 2 Cups celery, finely chopped
  • 2 Cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 Cup Ott's Poppy Seed Dressing
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper


Cook rice using chicken broth in place of water and omitting salt. Cool. Add chicken, celery, and onion. Mix Ott's Poppy Seed Dressing and salt and pepper, add to rice mixture and toss until mixed. Chill. Serves 6 to 8
