Ingredients
- 1 - 5 to 6 lb. boneless beef rib roast
- Marinade Sauce:
- 1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Cup Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Cup A-1 Sauce
- 1/2 Cup onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
Combine all marinade sauce ingredients. Cover meat with marinade sauce and marinate for 2 to 6 hours. After marinating place meat in shallow roasting pan and barbecue over charcoal fire for 1 1/2 hours at 300-350 degrees or until meat reaches 160 degrees. Baste meat regularly with remaining marinade. A thin glaze of Ott's SDC Barbecue Sauce may be added.
