Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Pork Chops
- 1- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
Preparation
Brown pork chops in large skillet; remove and set aside. Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch; add brown sugar, Ott's Famous Dressingand vinegar. Pour into skillet and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to low heat; add chops, pineapple and carrots; cover. Cook 45 minutes.
