Mayonnaise Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Ott's Famous Dressing
  • 3 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 Cup raisins or dates
  • 1 Cup nuts
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Cup sugar

Preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients, add raisins or dates, nuts, baking soda and boiling water and mix well. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Bake in an 8" x 8" x 2" pan or drop cookies at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
