Ingredients
- 1 Rabbit half
- 1 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 Cup Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup A-1 Sauce
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and marinate rabbit for 2-4 hours. Place meat in shallow roasting pan over 300 degree charcoal fire for 1 hour, basting with remaining marinade regularly. Then remove from pan, place directly on charcoal heat, glaze with Silver Dollar City Original BBQ Sauce for about 10-15 minutes and serve.
